COVID-19 Relief Grant Application

The purpose of this document is to streamline funder information requests related to the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak, focused on immediate and short-term emergencies. We understand the information provided is a snapshot in time, and the current situation is dynamic.

This grant is designed to support Not-for-profit Jewish Organizations within the Winnipeg area.

The information provided will be kept strictly confidential and will be used only to understand and evaluate community needs.

We may contact you by phone, email or video conference to discuss information provided. When answering the following questions, please focus responses only on immediate COVID-19 related funding needs.
